Message from David Moorcroft OBE

Dear friends and colleagues,

A very big and heartfelt thank you for contributing to our Community Games programme in 2015.

Special thanks this year goes to:

Our new partners in Australia being led by Sandra Slatter who is driving forward Community Games AUS after their successful inaugural event in Heathcote in February, with plans to stage more events plus a marathon in the Greater Bendigo area in 2016. Their longer term vision is to encourage communities in every state in Australia to stage their own events by 2018, when the next Commonwealth Games are held in the Gold Coast, Queensland.

Wishing you a very happy Christmas and continued success in 2016,

David Moorcroft OBE

Olympian and Community Games Ambassador
